Art Around Every Corner Dripping Springs Art in BLOOM
Just as the wildflowers fade away for the year, take heart that art is in full bloom in May across Dripping Springs.
The Dripping Springs Art League is thrilled to present several art events throughout our community. There will literally be ‘Art Around Every Corner,’ just in time for Mother’s Day, graduations, and summer fun…and it’s all FREE!
The Mother of All Art Markets
What: Local artists are packing the Triangle with a wide variety of spectacular art. Metal, Glass, Fiber, and Alcohol Ink demos are ongoing throughout the day along with interactive art for kids, an awesome DJ and refreshments too. Bring the family, shop for Mom, and enjoy some time out in the heart of Dripping Springs.

Mercer Street Banner Viewing & West of Weird Tour Kickoff
What: Join your local artists for our Kickoff Party for the West of Weird Art Tour at Grawlix. See sample art and plan your weekend visits. Next, we’ll stroll down Mercer to see the new Lamp Post Banners featuring A Splash of Summer by local artists!
When: May 15, Thursday, 6pm Where: Grawlix Cocktail Lounge (332 W. Mercer)
West of Weird Art Tour What: 36 local artists will be sharing their art throughout the weekend from all corners of Dripping. Meet the artists, see their studios, enjoy their demos, and pick up a special gift along the way.
When: May 17-18, Saturday and Sunday, 11am-6pm Where: Dozens of galleries and home studios from west Fitzhugh to Nutty Brown. Maps are available at all locations and online at www.artindripping.com/ wowtour
Stroll the Stars on Mercer What: Check out the amazing local artwork featuring the history and culture of Dripping Springs as captured in six unique and permanent stars along west Mercer Street.
The City, Destination Dripping Springs, and the Dripping Springs Art League are collaborating once again on the next round of stars to adorn the parks of Dripping Springs and more.
