Over the weekend, people across the contiguous United States were gifted with an unusual view: the Northern Lights.

Even as far south as Texas, Dripping Springs area residents could make out faint pinks in the night sky on Friday, May caught the view better than the naked eye. This rare phenomenon was caused by 10 — though cameras solar storm activity.
